Do you make the Products?

I do not. I have an amazing partnership with a North Carolina based company that makes all of the fabric and wallpaper.


Best way to contact you?

I love connecting with all of you. The best way is either through my contact page or if social media is more your thing you can message me on Instagram.



How do I know when my order is being processed?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your payment is confirmed. You will also receive another email with a tracking number when your order is out for delivery.


Haven’t received my order. What do I do?

  1. Find your confirmation email and see where your package was last located and most recent date it was scanned.

  2. Contact Me. If you see that the tracking has not been updated in more then 5 days. Email me or use my contact page with your order number.


Where do you Ship?

My website and Etsy store ships worldwide but right now only orders in America are free shipping.


What if I need to change or cancel my order?

I process orders very quickly but as long as it is within the 24hr window from when you placed the order or you have not received your shipping confirmation email please email or use my contact page to reach me. Make sure to include your order number as well.


Return Policy

All digital download and printable are final sale. However if you need to return your physical item you can as long as it:

  • Is returned with 30 days (from delivery)

  • Is new and undamaged. Must be exactly as you received

  • Returned in original packaging

    Please note all returns are given in the original payment


How do I make a return?

We will need a few things from you before we can process a return. Please email me

  • order number

  • your name on the order

  • the email registered on the order

  • item you would like to return

  • reason (we always appreciate feedback)

How do I exchange an item?

We do not have direct exchange right now but if you would like a different item you can return the product you have for a full refund and purchase the item you would like instead.


The product I want is Out of Stock. What do I do?

If you see an item out of stock it probably means I am restocking or it was a limited release. Send me a quick email or use my contact page and I will let you know.
